Our names are Zack and Kosta… Naperville and Chicago personal fitness trainers and weight loss specialists.
We want to be totally honest with you for a minute… we know how it feels to be completely unmotivated and just down and out. We have been down that path…feeling like you’ve hit rock bottom. Every outcome is the product of someone’s decision. And for us, these were decisions that resulted in several dramatic life changing events.

At some point, we all have to make decisions that will be very unpopular with everybody around us. Let me explain, our passion for helping people get healthy, fit,… feel and be confident in their everyday life came from many of these unpopular decisions.

For many years, we’ve been helping people look and feel their absolute best as personal trainers. Now we bring you over 15 years of combined experience in the fields of health and fitness in a very unique, quick, and fun program.
