If you want to get store pick up items to your loved ones by Christmas do not use this store. I spent hours online at the Newport News website picking out specific items that were in stock available for in store pick up. The products were supposed to be picked from existing inventory and placed in the back of the store for pick up the following day. Since the walmart employees and managers are lazy and did not gather my items, they were sold instead. Now they send me an email saying 5 of my 7 items are no longer available. I was on the phone, on hold, getting the run around unable to speak to an actual manager only the "assistant manager" and got absolutely nowhere but pissed off!
