I shop at your store at least once per week. I find your employees to be (for the most part) kind, and helpful. Today, I witnessed an employee in your Deli Dept. who is not only a good employee, but a great employee. Her name is Marissa. If I had to choose one section of your store which irritates me because of slow, uncaring employees--this is where I come away ALWAYS with frustration and irritation because of employee apathy to their customers. However, today, while waiting the usual 25-30 minutes to be helped, this employee worked big circles around her co-workers. Not only that, she did it with politeness and a smile. What a refreshing difference she made. I don't know this lady personally, but having witnessed twice now, her positive attitude and ability to get the job done,I want to share this with you. It's employees like her that make our shopping experience far less painful.
