BEWARE when dealing with Craig Volpe and 2ndSun photography. When dealing in a service industry, he has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was always proactive in contacting Craig, even when the wedding date approached. He was mostly difficult to contact by his 1-800 number or email, but once I received his personal cell, it was much easier. Most everything went well the day of the wedding, but it was after when problems arose and it took a FULL 6 months after my wedding to receive them. Per our contract, and his admission, they really should be in my hands by 90 days. This was not the case. And to make matters worse, after the deadline, he would not return my emails, calls, messages, FB messages, or texts. My husband sent him messages as well. We even sent a certified letter that was never signed for or picked up. Finally, after contacting HIS MOTHER and asking about his well-being, he returned my call and made excuses for life events that prevented him from working.
