On March 7, 2003 a powerful organization founded on the basic principles of sound judgement and reasonable behavior was born in Augusta, Georgia. Fueled by Martha Burk's attempt to ruin the good name of Augusta, GA and the Masters Golf Tournament, PARP was formed with the goal of exposing ridiculous protests while also promoting sound judgement.
