Dr. Kempner is a native New Yorker, who left to attend Tel Aviv University. Her medical education was completed at NY Medical College followed by Surgical training at St. Vincent's Hospital in New York City and Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and a fellow of the American College of surgeons. She maintains special interest in surgery of the Breast, as well as General and Laparoscopic Surgery.
